Weather Policy

• All events are Rain or shine. If tents are not included in your package, you can request them for an additional cost. If your tailgate party begins and the game is subsequently canceled or postponed, you are responsible for the full amount. If canceled in advance, the deposit can be applied to another future event as long as the trailer is available.

 

Does Luxury Locker Room provide Alcoholic beverages?

• We are not licensed to serve alcohol. However, we can provide licensed bartenders for events. It is the client’s responsibility to purchase all alcohol for the event. For an additional fee, we can pick up the client’s alcohol order from vendor and have it loaded on the trailer for the tailgate.

 

When is payment/balance due for my event?

• There is a non-refundable 50% of balance due at time of booking. The date hold deposit reserves the equipment/trailer for your event. The deposit goes toward the balance for the rental/catering. The balance is due five days prior to your event or Immediately for services booked within 72hrs.

 

How can I pay for my event?

 

• We accept all major credit cards via our secure online payment portal, along with cashier check payments. Sales tax will be collected on all applicable transactions.

 

Can I pick up and drop off my rental equipment myself?

 

• No. We provide delivery, set up, break down and removal of all of our equipment and trailers. Safety is our #1 priority, and we want to ensure all of our clients and their guests are safe. We want you to enjoy every part of your event.

 

Can the tailgate trailer be used for residential events and events other than sports?

 

• Absolutely! Our tailgating trailers can be stationed practically anywhere. For optimal viewing performance, we suggest the trailer be stationed with open skies above, away from trees. For all private locations, there must be at least a 10’ clearance in width and 12’ clearance in height under any trees, branches, hanging decor etc. Let us know of any slopes, hills and/or any other obstructions there may be. The trailer can be used for any event. Inquire about non-sport events. We’ll be happy to let you know what others have rented the trailers for.
